Transfer Owner
If you need to transfer your membership to someone else or to a new account.
In order to properly change the owner of your membership, you must contact us, either by support tickets or by email. The reason for this is to avoid any membership issues that might occur such as renewals or else. We'll do our best to make sure your membership transfer is performed as smoothly as possible.
Only memberships bought directly through us via FCFS or application-based restock are allowed to swap owners. If you have acquired a membership by purchasing it off someone and having the ownership transferred, you can not further transfer this membership, only cancel it.
The requirement to sell a membership and transfer the owner is to have done a minimum of 6 monthly payments. If anyone has offered you to sell their membership, assure that they've received permission and have done 6 payments.
